It's the story of  Elena played by the breathtakingly gorgeous Laia Costa, who is  35, and Jake played by Josh O'Connor, who is 26, and the pair meet by chance on New Year's Eve, fighting for the same taxi. But, instead of going their separate ways after a shared ride, they start a passionate relationship.

Things move fast and within weeks they are living together, and not long after they talk about starting a family. This is where the all too familiar TTC story kicks in and Harry who had her own personal experience to dwell on captures so many moments that will be familiar to you, from callous conversations with medical professionals to blaming yourself for everything that goes wrong - too freaking out at friends Christenings.

It's a totally relatable and wonderful story that captures the essence of so much of the infertility journey.
